This Assessment is designed to assess the Module Learning Outcomes, which are as follows:-

Assessment 1.1: Written Reflection and Portfolio of Evidence (50%)
Written Reflection – What Career Am I Most Suited For?

You are required to write a1000 word reflection entitled “What career am I most suited for” Your reflection should be based upon what you have found out about yourself as an aspirant professional and the career or careers for which you are most suited.

Your reflection should address the following questions:-

Which of my skills are most valued in the workplace?

Are my graduate skills what I thought they were?

Is there anything I can realistically do to increase my skills in the short term?

Is there any way I can limit the impact my weaknesses might have on my future career?

What type of industry would I be best suited to working in?

What type of industry would I be least suited to working in?

Can I identify careers which would be most suitable for me, given my skills and qualifications? How easy / difficult is it to be successful in these careers?

What have I learned about what my professional self?

Portfolio of Evidence

To support your Written Reflection, a Portfolio of Evidence should be constructed showing evidence of research in appropriate areas to underpin the written reflection.

When producing your Assessment 1.1 Written Reflection and Portfolio of Evidenceplease bear in mind that the module is a final year module in professionalism and enterprise. Your work should reflect that of a professional graduate. The document submitted should be professionally written and produced.This means that the content should be wholly appropriate to your degree scheme, written in good English with appropriate referencing to your portfolio where appropriate.All of theweekly portfolio tasks must be completed and included.
