Prior to completing the lab(s), please refer to the following documents in the doc sharing section of the course:

Lab Report 1
• Laboratory 1, pp. 8–11; Laboratory 20, p. 193.
• Submit a lab report by answering questions for each section. Label and photograph each product and include with your lab report. Use APA style and cite references in the text; list references at the end of the report.
I. Application of measuring techniques: cookies
Prepare one of the cookie recipes listed on pp. 9 and 10. Take a photograph of the finished product; include a label of the product in the photo, for example, brownies. Write a lab report by answering the questions on p. 11 of the Laboratory Manual.
II. To study the effect of temperature on flavor intensity
Complete Table 20.1, p. 193 by tasting ice cream at different temperatures. Write a lab report by answering the questions on p. 193 of the Laboratory Manual.
