You must use the methods of the course to obtain as much information as possible about each of these functions. Be sure that you include information about domain, intercepts, asymptotes, relative extreme points, and inflection points.
Also include information about concavity and about where the function is increasing and where it is decreasing. Then use the information to help you sketch a graph of each function. In order to receive any credit you must show all relevant work legibly and coherently.
The graphs must be on graph paper. Each graph must take up at least one-half of a page of graph paper and be accompanied by a table of values (as well as the calculus and other work needed to find the important information about the function). Be sure that all intercepts, critical points, and inflection points are shown on the graph. Also indicate any horizontal asymptotes and any vertical asymptotes. Use reasonable scales.
