business process based on criteria detailed below.

process, besides those that are directly involved in the execution of it? List at least two people/groups and explain
their relationship/ connection to the process. Also describe what they expect
from this project.
2) What is this process intended to accomplish? What
constitutes success? Focus on the selected process, not the organization in
